    1. I am fairly new to the writing game and don’t know which genre I like to write best. I have always been a fan of fantasy books. Narnia, The Hobbit, Harry Potter, The Odyssey, Beowulf, Roald Dahl, Shel Silverstein, Obert Skye, Fablehaven, and Folk/fairytales are all good friends of mine. I generally write poems because I have trouble writing longer works.

So, when NaNoWriMo rolled around I wanted to join in. I created my own challenge: to write a 100+ stanza epic poem centered around basic archetypes. It took half a month longer than I expected, writing every night before bed, but I did it.

      I hope you enjoy it.

If you are looking for more “castley” poems of mine, I recomend searching in the search box at the top of the page for “Half of the Battle” and “Ere Ves Rep”.

      Best Wishes,

      M.M.
